Dry-break hydraulic couplings are quick-connect couplings with a self-sealing valve in each half. Both valves close before the halves separate, so little or no oil escapes when you connect or disconnect. This keeps fluid off the floor and out of the environment, protects the system from contamination and air ingress, and makes frequent connections cleaner, safer, and faster. They are the preferred choice wherever hoses and tools are changed often or spills are costly.
