How often should a Hydraulic Filter Cart be inspected?

 A hydraulic filter cart should be visually inspected before every use, have its filter condition indicator checked during each filtration cycle, and undergo a full mechanical and electrical inspection at least once every 3 months under normal duty—with high-duty or contamination-critical applications requiring monthly checks. The filter elements themselves must be replaced according to the differential pressure readings and not according to a set calendar, generally every 200-500 working hours based on the fluid's cleanliness goals
